  • Children in our county average 8 placements (Placement Stability for Children Entering Care-SFY23). The rate of moves per 1,000 days spent in care for children in OOH care for 12 months or less. Performance standard is 4.44. Performance Rate as of SFY’23 for SGCO is 7.9
